โ Eligibility for Returns
- Product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Return requested within 7 days of delivery.
- Item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.
Note: Returns are not accepted for used products, returns after 7 days, or final sale items.

- Share your Order ID, product image, and reason for return.
- Our team will respond within 24โ48 hours.
๐ Exchange Policy
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. For exchange, email us at support@soleluxe.in. Exchange subject to product availability.

- Refunds processed within 5โ7 business days after approval.
- Original payment method will be used for refunds.
- COD refunds via bank transfer (details will be requested).

- Soleluxe covers return shipping for defective/wrong items.
- For other cases, customer bears shipping cost (non-refundable).
