Ordering & Payments
Log into your SoleLuxe account to view your order status, or use the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email. For orders shipped via standard delivery, tracking updates may take 24 hours to appear after dispatch.
We can attempt order modifications if contacted within 1 hour of placement. Email support@soleluxe.in with your order number and requested changes. Changes aren’t guaranteed once processing begins.
We accept all major payment options:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Rupay)
- UPI (PhonePe, Google Pay, etc.)
- Net Banking
- PayPal
- Wallets (Paytm, MobiKwik)
Shipping & Delivery
We offer two shipping methods:
- Standard Shipping (5-7 business days) – Free on orders ₹999+
- Express Shipping (2-3 business days) – ₹99 flat rate
Deliveries are made Monday-Saturday, excluding public holidays.
We currently ship throughout India. Enter your PIN code at checkout to verify serviceability. Some remote locations may experience extended delivery times of 2-3 additional days.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unworn items in original condition with all tags attached. To initiate a return:
- Log into your account
- Navigate to “Order History”
- Select “Request Return”
- Follow the prompts
Return shipping is free for defective/wrong items. For other returns, a ₹99 shipping fee applies.
Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return. The refund method depends on your original payment:
- Cards/UPI: 3-5 days to reflect in your account
- Wallets: Usually within 24 hours
