โœ… Eligibility for Returns

  • Product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Return requested within 7 days of delivery.
  • Item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.

Note: Returns are not accepted for used products, returns after 7 days, or final sale items.

  2. Share your Order ID, product image, and reason for return.
  3. Our team will respond within 24โ€“48 hours.

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. For exchange, email us at support@soleluxe.in. Exchange subject to product availability.

  • Refunds processed within 5โ€“7 business days after approval.
  • Original payment method will be used for refunds.
  • COD refunds via bank transfer (details will be requested).

  • Soleluxe covers return shipping for defective/wrong items.
  • For other cases, customer bears shipping cost (non-refundable).
